FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job has its price, but no matter how little the job is, sometimes you don't charge for what you do, you charge for what you know how to do, for the time it took you to learn that yourself, for the tool, for the gasoline in your car, for your time because sometimes they don't take it because they don't want to or because they can't so think about everything you have to know and do before doing that job that seems small to you and you don't want to pay the fair amount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is ask how much is your budget that you have to spend since I always like to help and be within your budget that you want to spend and how much time you give me to finish said work and also go into depth about the material that you want to use to give you a good estimate
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As I mentioned before, I started working with my uncle in Miami since I was 14 years old and I helped him with everything he did and little by little I learned many things, I only do what is in my hands, I do not do miracles, but I try to help you.
