I've had the chance to use Urgent Air a couple of times now, and will not hesitate to do so again if the need arises. Coty is prompt, professional, and very fair in his pricing. It is rare to find a tradesman in this day and age that actually cares about their customers. Where other HVAC companies ignored the troubleshooting I had already done and then tried to quote me completely new systems, Coty's staff bent over backwards to help me pursue a warranty claim on one system and repaired another system very economically instead of just indiscriminately throwing parts at it. The only thing that would make me happier would have been if I never had HVAC issues at all... but if I do, I'm definitely calling Coty.

Quick and professional! Urgent Air Services installed a mini-split unit in our garage. I was very surprised by how quickly Coty was able to get us from quote to installed unit! His team showed up at the expected time and got straight to work. The end result was extremely neat and professional. The unit works great and has made our garage much more comfortable as an extended living space. Coty also gave me his honest opinion on some other air conditioning issues in other parts of the house. He did not try to upsell me just to create more business. This is a great company for your heating and air needs!
