To be very clear you are not a customer of mine, never was, & never even contacted us directly. We saw that you were requesting a service we simply sent over an estimate like we do 100+ times a day. You responded rudely “I’m good no thanks for that”. You do not have a right to try to ruin a business reputation because you’re upset that you cannot afford our services. Service is not free and it is not our issue if you cannot afford it and nobody will service you. I let you know okay thats fine thanks for reaching out and good luck finding service you need. I further explained that we are located in South Carolina you are located in Charlotte, NC and the distance alone is over 120 miles roundtrip that is an expense for the travel alone. I also let you know when you respond back to an estimate we send out that you do not need to respond if you do not have an intent to purchase. It does cost the businesses who are advertising money just for you to respond back to tell us no because the system automatically thinks that you are interested in purchasing the service. Most people would not respond back to a service they have zero intention on purchasing.
