Hey Charleston! I have just relocated to South Carolina, bringing my 8+ years of experience with me. I have devoted that time to helping others find the best versions of themselves. The most important thing to understand about my approach is that my goal will always be that of my client. I am here to teach, guide, and support each individual that I work with until they reach the finish line. I take pride in my retention rate, and credit that to not only my expertise in exercise science, but also the depth of my relationships with those that I have worked with over the years. All relationships are built on trust, and I can confidently say that I am the fitness professional that you can depend on. I have had countless clients rely on me through injury rehab/recovery, marathon training, body decomposition, and many other journeys. I am here to help you repair that ACL, eliminate back pain, or lose that post-natal baby weight. Between my education and experience, I am well-equipped to provide you with the tools you need to succeed. I specialize in fat loss/body recomposition (females especially), injury prehab/rehab, and functional movement. My clients range from college students to the geriatric community.

I've worked with Kelly for three years and she has significantly improved my mental and physical health. Kelly is a rare trainer. With her undergraduate degree, she uses science (not trends) to inform your training and never pushes you to do anything unsafe nor tries to sell you on something that's not right for you. She is able to build trust in a way I've never experienced with other trainers. I started working with her when I was still recovering from an ACL injury and she has transformed my lower body strength. She is a perfect match for those who are either coming back from an injury, new to exercise, or just looking to feel their best. Kelly is a joy to work with and I couldn't recommend her enough.

Kelly truly is a master at her craft! I knew she had an extensive resume in terms of her skillset and knowledge, but I was ecstatic with the results she helped me achieve. I suffered from chronic hamstring pulls and she was able to diagnose it and explained how my everyday habits and lifestyle were contributing to a weakness in that area. After a few weeks of isolating that issue and strengthening certain parts of my body I never once had a hamstring issue again. She has also taught me a lot about functional workouts that actually help my body's basic foundation run smoothly. She not only helps you obtain your exercise goals, she does it in a way that helps you understand how it affects your body as a whole. Highly recommend!!!
