- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job varies in cost. Once the job is assessed, we give you price transparency which is a flat rate, so you know what you are going to pay before we do the work. Offering discounts on bundled tasks 10 % Senior and military discounts
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask for contact information and address to create a file for our customer. In-person introduction, provide my business card ask questions, and, of course, listen.
