Mid-Carolina Property Solutions is a smaller property management company, so we are able to give each client and each job the attention it needs. This also allow us to get jobs completed quicker and keep cost down. We work with many Property Management Companies and Private home owners in the Columbia, Blythewood, Lexington, Irmo, Sumter, Camden, Bates-burg Lewisville areas. There is not much we can not do. Painting, plumbing, sewer line inspections, sewer clogs, electrical, drywall, window repair and replacements,. flooring, roofs, doors, smart home solutions, landscaping, trash haul off, trash outs, and cleanings. We also specialize in Garage Door repairs and maintenance. We also offer 24/7 response for water extractions and dry outs. I know starting a project and having strangers come into you home can be scary at times, but we are here to ease you worries. We stand behind everything we do. And will be glad to give you a list of references. I will listen to you needs and will work with you to come up with a solution that is quick and affordable.

They were great came in done there job . But did not introduce themselves had ask there reason for being here did not mention there names at all. Two men were unprofessional when it comes to dress had there pants down to there knees it seem like to me that was disrespectful. But they had good manners except for that. I mean who wants to see there underwear that's gross especially when trying to work. But all in all they did great work
