So very happy we found Blake the Thumbtack! We have nothing negative to report, Blake was absolutely fantastic! We have tried so many different computer experts in the past & unfortunately we were NOT happy with any of them. Blakes communication skills, responsiveness, professionalism, trustworthiness, work ethic & computer/electronic expertise all score an A++. We would rate him a 10 on this site is possible. Blake came to my house soon after I requested help and got to work copying everything from an old computer to a new computer. The transfer took several hours so he left it transferring but continued to check on the progress. He had me let him know when it was done and if everything met my expectations. Everything worked according to plan and I am very happy with his work! I highly recommend him!

Not only was Blake very communicative, the job I requested was one he hadn’t seen before. We were mounting a VERY large television to a slanted ceiling with a motorized mount. Not only did he attack the project with gusto, he was so thorough and meticulous in his concern for stability, safety, and angles it made me feel at ease the entire time. The finished product is not only a dream, but he made the process fun, informative, and instilled confidence and safety every step of the way of what was a challenging project. I can’t wait to work with him again!

Blake helped me set up 2 tvs. One 75" above a fireplace and one 65" on drywall. He was very thorough in measurements and hiding wires. He responded quick and did a great job. 10/10.
