We are doing both bathrooms and remodeling the kitchen. Justin is always available for questions and help figuring out what needs to be done. Very quick and super efficient. The subcontractors working for him are outstanding. Never been a happy with renovations as we are with this company, and this is the third time we have renovated in the past 7 years. As first time renovators, Justin and his team really made things easy for us and made sure that we were highly satisfied with the end result. We pride ourselves in offering fair pricing for all our services. We believe that construction should be affordable and reliable. We work with our customers to meet all of their goals within their proposed budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with you and go over the proposed plan and budget and will give a bid based on our discussion. We work with you on a timeline and schedule and will be in open communication throughout the entire project. We collect weekly payments based on progress of the project. We understand how important your job is and will treat it like it is our own.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Southern Harbor is a licensed builder and the owner has a bachelor’s in business with a concentration in project management. We have over 10 years experience in the industry.
