Showed up 90 minutes late to give an estimate that she then declined to quote because of availability. So why waste my time waiting around for the estimate if you’re not available? Weird experience for sure 🤷‍♂️

Excellent job! The entire experience was easy from meeting with Julia to having Reyna here to clean. Very detailed in the cleaning, timely and so pleasant. It started out as a one time thing and now I am ready to have them every two weeks!

We are so pleased that we were able to secure Southern Touch Cleaning Service for cleaning our Hilton Head villa. We live in the Chicago area so proximity is a concern for addressing guest concerns & knowing villa issues as soon as possible. Julia has been a gem. We have taken online courses to give the best cleaning experience. We are educated on the products we use and are knowledgable of different surfaces, woods, and tiles.

Set up an appointment and meet the client. Discuss the customers needs, cleaning products, and decide on a cleaning schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been professionally cleaning for 10 years but, I have 20+ managerial skills in my previous professional career. Our cleaning team routinely takes online courses to learn different techniques and research the chemical or green friendly uses.
