- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will not cut corners to make a little more money. I'm not a sales person, I'm the best home technician I can be. I try to expect the unexpected, and be prepared.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Evaluate, plan, exicute,and finish by cleaning up properly. Versatility is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I joined the air Force 4 yrs. as an avionics technician, Doppler radar, inertial navigation systems. After that , 8 years roofing,7 years framing, years working for a the best plumber/home technician I ever met. Then a few years of trim carpentry. I have been Distinguished Home Services for one year now .I love it!
