Pro Clean Exteriors is one of Greenville's premier exterior cleaning companies. We do both residential and commercial. We offer pressure washing, low pressure (softwash) roof and exterior house washing, concrete cleaning, rust and mud removal, fence and deck cleaning and staining. We have great equipment and offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. We take great pride in our attention to health and safety, staying up to date with regular training in the latest cleaning agents and methods. Rick was recommended by our real estate agent. I quickly learned he is experienced and a pro at his craft. After approximately a year in our new home the front gutter, walkway, front porch, and drive needed cleaning. We appreciate Rick's communication leading up to his visit and his explanation of how and what he would be using on our property to safely clean. He was punctual, professional, efficient, and talked through the process. His price was fair and we are very satisfied with the outcome. My house was really dirty and after he cleaned it the house looked like brand new. His price was reasonable. He was professional and punctual. He went above and beyond and taped of my locks and outlets to make sure they didn't get cleaning solution inside of them. He even cleaned my trash cans. I would highly recommend Pro Clean Exteriors and will definitely be using them again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's hard to set fixed prices because every job is different. We do offer discounts to law enforcement and emergency personnel, teachers and retirees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to get your address and contact info. Often we can give you a quote based on Google maps. On roof cleaning jobs we prefer to visit the job before hand to prevent any surprises, determine steepness of roof and to determine best way to protect your landscaping if needed. We are glad to meet with any client prior to beginning the work or even giving a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Active members of UAMCC (United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners) and the RCIA (Roof Cleaning Institute of America) and Spray Wash Academy.
