- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We itemize all of our services and send you an invoice, we try to be as transparent as possible so you know exactly what you're getting
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get your address, name, contact number and email. We use HouseCall pro and the more information we have the easier and better we can serve our clients. We usually like to do an estimate and then log it officially as a job once approved by the client, and then schedule and do the work, communicating with you when and who will be there including an estimated time of arrival so you know right when we will get there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians each have 10 years experience in the world of HVAC with both residential and Commercial experience, as well as our whole lives doing various work around homes both for clients and ourselves.
