Very satisfied with the quickness of how they were able to take my call explain to me how the process works and what to expect during the cleaning. They were very courteous and friendly during the process. Everything they had to move to do their job was done with care and everything was returned to it's exact spot. Will definitely make this at least a bi-annual part of my maintenance on my hvac. If you could see what your ducts look like inside you'd be using them also. They also offer dryer vent cleaning and if you don't know,the lint that deposits in your dryer and vent are a large cause of home fires,that's coming from an old firefighter that knows. I would highly recommend giving them a call.
