We try to set a flat rate price to make our pricing as simple as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have them complete a booking through our website, then we schedule a onsite tech, then we submit a report that we email to the client. Then we complete a simple invoice to complete payment and service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 18 years of experience and as a collective of wide range of education / training from computer repair to network management.
