Kai Griese

I spent three unforgettable seasons playing for the University of Connecticut, one of the most prestigious D1 college programs in the country. Representing such a renowned institution allowed me to hone my skills, compete at a high level, and truly immerse myself in the game I love. Before my college days, I had the privilege of playing professionally in Germany for Holstein Kiel U23 and even had the honor of representing the U-19 German National Team. These opportunities not only challenged me physically and mentally but also provided invaluable lessons and experiences that shaped me as both an athlete and an individual. Alongside my playing career, I discovered a deep passion for coaching. In Germany, I pursued my coaching aspirations and obtained the esteemed DFB-Junioren coaching license. This accomplishment opened doors for me to work with talented young players and help them reach their full potential. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing ambitious youth athletes grow and excel under my guidance. Now, as a student athlete at Fordham University, I'm excited to embark on a new chapter. I'm eager to bring my unique blend of playing expertise and coaching acumen to the youth sports community here. My goal is to inspire and motivate young athletes, helping them develop their skills, overcome challenges, and achieve their dreams.
