- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer hourly (4 hours minimum) or daily rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email or phone contact. If possible, meet in person prior to the services. However, that may not be possible due to distance or timing. We will work with the client as needed. Once we understand the needs of the client, a written proposal and agreement is submitted for approval.
