FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and often more affordable than most established roofing businesses. What sets us apart is that I never hire subcontractors. Every roof is installed by in-house employees personally trained by me. This means you get higher-quality workmanship at a fair price, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing your roof is being installed by a team I’ve directly trained and oversee on every project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will inspect the roof and provide an honest assessment—if a repair or tune-up will extend its life, we recommend that before a replacement. When replacement is needed, we give a clear written estimate with multiple product options and warranties. We purchase all the materials to ensure quality and consistency. We don’t require down payments on standard-sized jobs. During installation, I work alongside my crew and make sure the property is cleaned daily. Every roof comes with a lifetime labor warranty that matches the manufacturer’s warranty, plus free follow-up inspections for peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training in roofing started long before I ever thought about running a business. I grew up in Micronesia as my father was a missionary there. From a young age I began helping my father with roofing projects here in the U.S. whenever he returned from the mission field in Micronesia to raise support. That hands-on experience taught me the value of hard work, attention to detail, and doing the job right the first time. I later studied biology and business at Bob Jones University, but ultimately decided to pursue roofing full-time rather than sit behind a desk. I believed my time and energy were better spent building a trade, serving customers, and developing a business. Today, I combine decades of hands-on experience with a deep commitment to doing every job with integrity.
