My husband and I have been working with MoveZen Property Management for several years now. We have a true partnership as Cat tailored her approach to property management based on our preferences. With nearly 10 years of experience, her extensive knowledge about rent, geographics, and tenant needs have been invaluable for us! Even our tenants love Cat. One of our tenants moved out and less than 2 weeks later called Cat to return to our property because they loved Cats customer service and prompt responses to all their needs. Cat Worlds has been my property manager for about five years. Since I live 2 1/2 hours away from my property in Garner, she is my on-site representative. She always responds to my inquiries, or the tenets issues, in a very timely manner. Most times she is able to put the issue in context and make excellent recommendations for solutions. Through her performance, she has earned my total trust and confidence.I highly recommend doing business with CAT and her organization without reservation.

I just moved into an apartment through MoveZen and Cat has been wonderful to work with throughout the process! I am currently a server and it can be tricky to get approval and show proof of income with this type of job. Cat was extremely helpful throughout the process and made it as easy as possible. I also had a couple of small issues upon move in and Cat was great. She even responded and helped out when the septic alarm was going off at 10:30pm. She has been very open and available and is very appreciated for all of her help!
