- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on services. BUYING REAL ESTATE IS ALWAYS FREE! I feel like that needed to be outlined. Sellers - Our commission rates are very competitive and can be tailored to your needs Property Management - The more units we manage for an owner the lower the monthly fee per property. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial conversation. A quick phone call helps us get down to the bottom of what you need. I am available via phone, text or email and make communication my top priority. After the initial discovery call, we usually set up a time to meet and discuss needs further. This meeting can be at my office, at the property or even for coffee! We move from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.B.A in Management and a A B.S in Housing and Consumer Economics from the University of Louisville. An emphasis in education was placed in Residential Property Management. Real Estate education with hours of continuous education every year.
