Erika, is THE BEST trainer you will find in Greenville. I've been working with her for almost 2 years & have been thrilled with my results. She's trained me through two pregnancies and helped me bounce back to my best shape post baby. Erika knows exactly how to target specific areas of the body, how to maintain, gives nutrition advice and is over all just a GREAT person to be around. Look no further, you've found the best of best!

I thoroughly enjoy my personal training time with Erika. She is punctual, attentive, professional and has a plan. Erika, before each workout, checks in with me to see if I am having any issues. She demonstrates the proper technique and form, before allowing me to start my sets, even if I have done a technique 50 times. She will also explain the potential hardships on my body, if form is incorrect. She pushes me, encourages me and celebrates my achievements, whether big or small!
