I hired these guys to move my big items and also clothes and shoes from my old place into my new place. I had to move all clothes and shoes on my own. They gave me one price and when the day came the price increased by $100 although they did not move all of the items I asked to be moved. My couch was damaged and also my dresser.

Thank you for reaching out. We have reviewed the details of your move and based on our crew inspection no crew member dropped or damaged the dresser or couch. I have a picture from you which is just a bed and clothes in a closet that was all you were moving that you confirmed with me. When we arrived I was informed that we were moving everything in the townhouse which wasn’t talked about. We continued to do everything and more we put your bed together and placed everything in all rooms. I went up from $200 to $300 including a truck and two movers for a two bedroom townhouse. We always strive to do the best customer service for each customer and take care of their items.
