Crew definitely intentionally worked slower to pad their time They even added additional services without our approval We broke down all of our furniture for it to be moved to add time the disassembly things further to make sure it took longer I called several times to confirm moving details they went to the wrong location adding an hour to our time and the office was RUDE and combative never apologetic for their error. When I booked I asked if the final payment needed to be made in cash they said whatever we prefer, the quote emailed said cash was a form of payment, we have cash ready to pay and we are told they prefer not to take cash Was my house moved, yes… did they break anything NO Did they move with any sense of urgency No Can the office staff use a refresher on customer service and empathetic response when they make mistakes YES
