Introduction

I love being a part of someone's personal growth or when people in a relationship find their connection again. I work with individuals, couples and families. This includes couples looking to strengthen their bond, communicate better, and discover healthier ways to resolve conflict. Not only do I see couples, but individuals as well. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are looking to cope with anxiety, increase self image or who are going through a life change such as divorce.

She's really great to work with and it's obvious she cares about her clients and truly wants to help them. She cares about what her clients want and does her best to help them achieve that and guide them along the best possible path. I came in with many issues and thought that it would take years to work through everything. After a months of therapy, and a lot of hard work on my part, I'm a better, happier person thanks to her help and guidance. She's helped me overcome some of my anxiety. I know what triggers it now and how to handle it the best way for me. She's helped keep me grounded during one of the most difficult times I've faced in my life. She's helped me realize things that I want and to be okay with it. She's helped me get through depression as well. I'm not the person I want to be yet, but with her help, I'm on the path to becoming the person I want to be!

Our experience with Kelly was great! We felt comfortable talking with her, and she really gave us tools to help us get back on track. I especially liked that we left each session with specific work to do on our own before our next appointment. She was also very accommodating when it came to working with our busy schedules. It was always easy to reschedule sessions when we needed to.

Pricing varies depending on if you use insurance or not. If you do not use insurance fees range from $50-$80/session, depending on your income. If you do use insurance fees range anywhere from $0-$80/session, depending on your coverage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will have some paperwork to fill out before our first session. Each session is 50-60 minutes long.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
