I called this pro to fix my refrigerator a few months ago. He was late but found the issue which was a leaking line. Unfortunately, I saw water a week later and pulled the refrigerator back out to discover that the water juncture was busted on the bottom. It wasn’t the line as described. We all make mistakes and I let it pass. I called him back to take a look at my dishwasher because it stopped evacuating water. After diagnosing the problem as being the drain pump, he told me he would be in touch once he ordered the replacement. I texted him for an update and he send me this bs text. If I call someone to fix an appliance, I expect them to source the part to fix it. This man is very unprofessional and is a scam artist. He makes a living off of charging peoples for service calls. You’ve been warned

Was late, which isn’t in a big deal. Came out diagnosed the problem told me parts would be between 50 and $80. I paid him to $100 and he told me he would be in contact with me about parts. After calling and texting him he told me he didn’t order parts for costumers which is crazy not to mention me giving him all the information he should have gotten when he was here. Finally got the cost after calling the place and having him also confirm them to be correct. 205.00 is what he came back with the parts being which I won’t spend another dollar with a liar. He’s basically working to get the 100 and then doesn’t care to do anything else. All screenshots are uploaded. Guy is a thief and liar

Our difficulty was with a top of the line washer that had been repaired under warranty twice (short lived succeses) and once out of warranty. The problem was the spin cycle. When the tub started spinning it was so far out of balance the washer would make banging sounds and vibrated so badly that it looked like it would walk away. Chris took the appointment, showed up on time, tore the washer apart, fixed the faulty suspension system and discovered the fix to another problem that 3 OTHER REPAIRMEN MISSED!. The washer works perfectly now and his fees were just about 50% less than the technicians that couldn't fix the problem.... but collected their money anyway. This service is absolutely the best we have found! Good job, fast response and a fair, affordable price.
