- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Military/First Responder Discounts on every repair or replacement. These discounts do not apply to service call fees or tune-ups. All of our visits have an evaluation price attached unless it is a free estimate for replacement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come evaluate your home or issue and speak with you about our company and our procedures. We will also speak about our Comfort Alliance Club to protect your home's assets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of Elevate's employees complete continuous training weekly to keep up with the changes of our fields and to learn how to better serve our clients.
