UDM has handled our IT services since we started our company over 6 years ago. Kenny has been attentive to our requests and our needs and helped find solutions to our problems. He has responded to us, even nights and weekends, anytime we have reached out and has been customer-service oriented since day one. Kenny is trustworthy - he even has a key to our office and the alarm code - and on a number of occasions he has worked on things over the weekend at our office when we needed it ready for Monday. Once when we were out of town at a business conf and had a problem we needed addressed immediately, he did not hesitate. He came into the office and got us squared away. I am not an easy person to please so I have presented some challenges for Kenny and he has always met those with a positive, consistent, professional attitude and found a way to meet our needs. I highly recommend Upstate Data Mgmt to anyone that is looking for a professional, accessible, hands-on, attentive IT person that is willing to go the extra mile for his customers.
