John has been a God sent when it came to cloning my laptop. Some older applications that were critical proved worrisome due to driver compatibilities with Windows 11 as an O/S. John persisted and his tenacity paid off. His fee was more than reasonable for the service performed. The man definitely knows his stuff. Personable and professional at all times, he has my business for all my computer needs. He is highly recommended.
