They did a great job cleaning our carpets! They did run a little late to the appointment, and an apology would have gone a long way to make us feel better about that. However, the quality was good enough that we would still hire again in the future.

This businessman completed two jobs for us. The first was carpet cleaning. He did an excellent job. The best carpet cleaning we have ever had. Was so impressed that we asked him to come back to restrain our hardwood floors. We were disappointed with this job. His work was professional. Was knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Responded promptly to questions regarding finished job. Did not respond to second inquiry regarding stains left on walls. Was impressed with his personality and work performance. However his lack of response to questions diminished our faith in him and we have decided to not use him again.

He was professional, on time and did quality work. He even recommended a floor cleaner for our hard wood floor. He got stains out that previous cleaners were unable to. And he was fast but not cutting corners. I was impressed and we will be using him again.

James was a very nice person to work with. He explained what he was going to do and helped us decide what we wanted for our wool rug. We weren’t aware that wool was more difficult than other materials. We didn’t know that the colors of the wool might run and it needed special cleaning. The project turned out well and we thank James for that! Our rug was dry quickly and now the wool is soft again. I would call James again for more cleaning projects!
