- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Coaching: The first consultation, which is thirty minutes, is free. Pricing varies depending upon the length of the contract but varies between $60 and $100 per hour. Consulting: I am only taking clients in South Carolina. $135/hour. ********************************** Mediation: $175/hour Life/Business Coaching: $60 - $100/hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
COACHING During the first consultation, I find out what the potential customer wants to accomplish, what they've tried so far, and what they perceive to be their biggest obstacles. BUSINESS CONSULTING The process depends upon the project. MEDIATION: PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME UNTIL BOTH PARTIES HAVE AGREED TO MEDIATE. Each party must complete a questionnaire prior to mediation. Mediation is done via Google Meet. Each party is in their own breakout room and the mediator alternates between the parties to discuss and/or negotiate an agreement.

COACHING Obtained Life Coach certification from Coach Training Alliance in 2003. Sixty seven years of life experience, married 45 years, two children, two grandchildren, many years spent managing estate, healthcare, and logistics for parents. Volunteer Guardian ad Litem for Adult Protective Services in South Carolina. SMALL BUSINESS CONSULTING Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with Accounting concentration in 1980. Forty years professional experience in accounting, internal auditing, and fraud investigation in numerous industries. Seventeen years experience as a business owner. Mediation: Qualified by the SC Bar Association after successful completion of 40 hours of training. Fourteen years mediation experience.
