- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We then send an appointment time confirmation and also a confirmation once the technician is on the way to the home. After the technician diagnoses the issue, they will discuss in detail options for repair along with price. If the repair is approved we most often can complete on site unless a part needs to be ordered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are fully licensed and insured. They also complete ongoing training throughout the year.
