My family and I are new to the Greenville area, so we were relieved to find someone we could trust in Clint to help us with our flooring. Clint instantly gave off trustworthy vibes when he came to quote our home. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful too. Clint’s crew worked around our schedule perfectly. They started by ripping out our old carpet and the particle board, just a couple days after our home’s closing. They laid down new pre-finished oak flooring (around 1,200 sq ft) upstairs, which was done in about a week’s time. The crew was super friendly, thorough, and took care of all the trash and cleaned up surprisingly well. Next, we had our old treads, risers, posts, and railings replaced from our stairs and our downstairs floors refinished. This job got subbed out to a different set of contractors. While these contractors didn’t work as quickly as Clint’s in-house guys and weren’t as thorough with the cleanup, there’s not much to complain about because the end result looks amazing! The only minor hiccup we had was that it wasn’t always 100% clear to me what the quotes included. For example, because Clint and I had talked about making our railings up to code, I assumed our stair quote included that when I signed it. Instead, the quote was to just place new rails in the same place as the old rails. It was my fault for being naive and not asking exactly what I was getting in the quote. Not a big deal—I just paid a bit more than I anticipated. TL;DR: We had a massive job, and we’re thrilled with how everything turned out. Clint’s an honest guy, and he’ll put the right people in place to get things done. If you need flooring, hire Youngblood Flooring.

Youngblood Flooring is an excellent company. Great process from quote to execution of the job. I had them remove tile which is a messy and hard job. The guys came and went out of their way to keep it clean and remove the tile. I was impressed and will be using them to lay new floor soon.

I have competitive pricing and superb installation ! I offer a 10% discount for our men and women in the military and other public servants.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll inspect a project and determine the best product for the customer and substrate. I enjoy helping customer find the perfect product for their home or business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve taken every class that was offered in my profession that I was able to attend. I am a certified Armstrong Installer and have been since 1995. I am also certified in wood species identification. I was also a certified flooring inspector from 2014 until last July. I allowed my certification to lapse due to not having enough time to inspect and install.
