- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always provide up front pricing and will never make any changes without prior approval by the customer. Have peace of mind when you call Brookside Plumbing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will call or text you before the scheduled appointment time slot. Next we will give you an ETA when we are on the way. On arrival we will be clean and professional. We will look at the job and give you options and pricing before any work commences. Once we have agreed on pricing, we will promptly get the work done and your system working properly. We will clean everything thoroughly as we work and when we are done. When the job is complete we will walk you back through the job and make sure you are satisfied with our clean work. We then will collect payment by card, check or cash. There will be a 2 year warranty on labor unless otherwise specified. We will write everything online and email it to you so you have a record of the work, warranty, and transaction. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done years of new construction plumbing starting as an apprentice. I worked my way up and then transitioned to commercial and residential service plumbing. I have worked in thousands of homes, restaurants, apartments, high rises, and pretty much anywhere else that plumbing runs. I spent years studying the plumbing and fuel code books. I took my exams and got my Journeyman and Master Plumber certificate. I then tested for and received my Mechanical Contractors license.
