Had a relatively flat roof area done by Tyrone’s crew and shortly after had a leak. I contacted WT and Tyrone who said he would send someone out. No one ever showed or called. The work was done in September the leak occurred in the beginning of November. I assumed he was busy and would get to it. April 8th I had a leak again, texted WT, he verified the address as though he would take care of. After a week and no response I again texted Tyrone and nothing. I strongly suggest not using WT or realize if a problem he will not stand behind it. Talks well, nice guy, but not very honorable obviously.

Tyrone and his crew were excellent. Quick to respond, with an honest quote for scope of work needed. Inspected and understood how to resolve issues with my flat roof dormer. No upselling or overcharging. Quality and timely completion of work without any issues. Would not hesitate to hire again.
