Working with Servelio and his crew at KC Pacific was a wonderful experience. We had a front porch with old termite damage that was just covered up by a former owner. So we had to replace the whole thing. The work ran smoothly and on time. Servelio is responsive and always available to talk and does not just disappear after giving you a quote. He is a hands-on GC, that also provides solutions that fit your budget. I highly recommend KC Pacific. They are hardworking and capable craftsmen.

This company did a fantastic job on removing a large section of a load bearing wall. It looks like the house was built this way. No visible signs of ceiling or hardwood flooring transition. Very professional work! They quoted us a reasonable amount to do the job and they stuck to the agreed upon amount. No unpleasant surprises at the end. We couldn't be happier with the results! We highly recommend KC Pacific Construction for upgrades and renovations. We'll use them again in our next phase of upgrading our 75 year old home. Photos to come.
