These folks came out within a day, determined what was needed and ordered the parts on the spot. Once they received the parts, they scheduled our washer repair the very next day. Very happy with the response and the quality service.

I AM ABSOLUTELY AMAZED! My 16 month old fridge was not working. I called several places which could not come out to fix it for a couple of days...and their service calls were 2 times the price of Carolina Appliance Repair. I decided to use Thumbtack and within 15 minutes or so I received a call from the Owner. He had a repairman, (Melvin) at my house within 2 1/2 hours. YOU CAN'T GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN THAT! Melvin found the problem immediately and said they had to order the part. THE VERY NEXT DAY, Melvin called and said he had the part and he would be over in about an hour to complete the work. HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND MY FRIDGE IS WORKING BETTER THAN EVER! MY HAT IS OFF TO THIS COMPANY!!!!! I WILL TELL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ALL ABOUT THEIR GREAT, SUPER FAST, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, REASONABLY PRICED SERVICE!!! They will get all of my business from now on!!!!! Carolina Appliance Repair was quick to reply, and I was able to have someone out to diagnose my dishwasher the next day. They ordered the pump that needed to be replaced and we were back up and running in about a week. Resonance prices and friendly service. Will definitely call again if needed in the future.
