Tristan did a fantastic job with our wedding highlight video and ceremony video. The highlight video really captured "us" and our laid-back personalities...from the upbeat music to the various shots of friends, dancing and laughter. His creative work is excellent. Our photos after the ceremony were up on a mountain and he just busts out a drone to play with, too. That made for some great shots! He was kind, funny, and professional, and worked with us on our budget. I would choose Off the Rails Media all over again and highly recommend him for your wedding day!

We absolutely loved our wedding photos but there was nothing that could top the sensory overload of the wedding video created by Tristan. He was able to capture every waking moment of our special day with such a creative vantage point. The timing of the included scenes with the tempo of the music was a masterpiece and brings viewers to tears to this day. Tristan is an asset to the real estate community of greater Charlotte. He responds immediately and is eager to please not only the Realtor, but the home owners and everyone that views the video. I highly recommend Tristan to help promote and sell home listings. I also see how aerial video could help with the promotion and leasing and sale of even commercial or retail listings by depicting everything surrounding the area. If I owned a motor home park and campground, I would have aerial videography done depicting the area and surrounding area and all it has to offer! There are so many potential uses for aerial photography and videography! The Carolinas are the PERFECT area for Tristan Albano's Off The Rails aerial footage! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Based on the project for sure. I welcome open communication throughout the entire process and will work customers to make sure they are satisfied the whole way through.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I share all my contact info. I encourage open communication so they can share with me anytime. I send them a questionnaire about the project. This way I can begin to understand their vision. I love to see examples of similar projects that they like. We then can meet in person close to the project date and finalize a plan. After the shoot I will send a rough edit for revisions and again keep open communication. Then the final cut will be sent.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
None. Sorry lol. It started from playing with a camera to researching, learning, studying pros all day and night and it hasn’t stopped since. I won’t lie to get your business, I’m passionate about my projects and put my all into it, no cutting corners, no lazy work.
