First, Chris has excellent communication skills. From the time I contacted him until he arrived to do the work, he communicated with me exceptionally well. He was very cordial and persistent, yet he wasn’t pushy. Second, he showed up on time and had all the property equipment to do the job I described. He did an excellent job and worked with me to ensure my trees were trimmed precisely as I wanted. Finally, his price exceeded my expectations, although I gave him a handsome tip because of his excellent work. Beyond that, I just enjoyed meeting him and working with him. I got to know him personally, which is a value add to me when I’m dealing with service people. I believe in creating relationships, and I think I’ve got a solid one with him. I strongly urge anyone who needs tree work to give him a call; I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
