FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I personally do not charge a fee for my services if you use me. But on the other hand, if I work up proposals and you decide not to go with me, I charge a $50 fee for my time and to cover the fee I paid for you as a lead. Also, if you're planning a custom trip, I do hold a $100 deposit until we complete the booking. Again, if I do the work and you do not choose my proposal, I charge a $50 fee and will refund $50.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to immediately respond and ask to schedule a call to discuss the clients needs for me to build the best vacation possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have moved around 7 times to different states in the last 24 years, I have traveled a lot, and have lots of knowledge because of that. Living in Tampa, Dallas, Charlotte and Arizona has definitely helped. Also born and raised in Chicago so I have a lot of midwest knowledge too. I am also Disney-certified. Very knowledgeable about booking cruises. I have probably been on over 10 in the last 15 years.
