Absolutely love my beautiful Cancun pool!! Dorian was Amazing, kept me informed throughout the whole project and was so patient with me when I asked him a million questions haha He is extremely knowledgeable and taught me so much during my pool school with him. He was always accessible to send a text message to or to call anytime I needed him. Just an all around Great Guy to work with!! His partner Robert stayed the entire day they laid the concrete to make sure it was done the way I wanted it. Mark kept me updated and was very helpful during the beginning phase deciding on which pool would be best for me and my family. Dorian, Steve and Daniel came out to my home and went over choosing the best site for my pool and went over what to expect during the installation process. The two young men Mac and Joshua that came several times to clean my pool after all was done were amazing too. Mac was so Super knowledgeable as he had learned from the BEST Dorian of course haha Joshua was super sweet and they both were just genuinely nice young men:)

We needed to connect our newly replaced pump with the automation system and was told that it couldnt be done by the people who put the new pump in so we call Pool Drs and Mac Harms came out and spent time figuring it out and was able to connect it! He is knowledgeable, kind, friendly and very helpful. We will definitely use Pool Drs and Mac again and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing with superior customer service for new pool builds, renovations, equipment repair, and regular pool cleanings. Discounts are available for veterans and first responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our new pool builds and renovations, our experts will meet with you in person to talk about your vision for your backyard and discuss options. From there we will have a quote to you within 24-48 hours and go over the details. For equipment repair requests, one of our technicians will come out to diagnose the issue and make a recommendation on repair or replacement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are CPO-certified and trained on Hayward, Pentair, and Jandy equipment. We are experts in water chemistry balancing, pool cleaning, and maintenance.
