What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimate is free. Projects can be priced by an estimate or on a T&M basis. Typically 1 electrician is $75 an hour and a 2 person crew is $120 an hour. Can change based on demand/need of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer will reach out to me via text/email/phone call. Have a short conversation in regards to their electrical needs. If MEM&C can be of assistance, then schedule a service call or consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a current MASC trade certification Master Electrician 003120617, SC Residential Electrical Contractors License RBE 2748, and OSHA 30. Also up to date on most safety training.
