- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know the market and we know where we stand within it. We do not aim to be the cheapest contractor or the most expensive. We want our customers to get a quality job that they can be proud of at honest prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with setting up a meeting with the customer to go over the project. We take the time to discuss options with customer and go over everything the job may entail. We then submit a quote for the project. If customer accepts quote we set you a date to start. We are in constant communication with customer before and during project to ensure we are on the same page. When the job is completed and customer is satisfied, we collect payment. We do not require customer to prepay for anything that is not completed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Over the years we have enjoyed working for all kinds of customers. One job we may be installing a entire new yard for a new construction home. The next job we may be installing a small patio. From fixing drainage issues to building a 4ft retaining wall to level out a sloped yard. Some customer know exactly what they want, others look for our advice and guidance throughout the project. Some have even done their job in stages over the years.
