- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my pricing is based on my experience, the complexity of the project, and the type of tools required. I rarely charge by the hour, and when I do, it’s for a minimum of two hours. Additionally, I offer discounts for larger projects or multiple jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: I would love to discuss your ideas in more detail during our meeting. Site Visit: It’s essential for me to conduct a site visit to assess the conditions and take necessary measurements. Detailed Proposal: I will provide a detailed proposal based on our discussions and my assessment of the site. Important Note: I do not provide estimates without a prior site visit and a thorough discussion of the project. This ensures that I fully understand the specifics and can give you an accurate estimate. Please let me know a convenient time for us to meet and discuss further.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
From a young age, I used my hands to create projects and assemble various items. I pursued technical studies, which laid the foundation for my skills. In 2008, I started working in New York as a construction assistant, where I gained valuable experience in different trades. Over the years, I have developed my expertise and have become a skilled handyman, dedicated to delivering quality work on every project.
