- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service call fee is for me to come to your home or business to diagnose any issues or to give an estimate. Not to complete any work. This fee will be waived if you decide to hire me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to engage in conversation prior to working just to get to know who my customer is. Then, I let the customer show me what they want done and formulate a plan based on their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 7 years of experience doing electrical work, mainly commercial properties.
