Being a general contractor, we definitely know good folks and skilled guys when we meet them. Would highly recommend using Chance for your handyman needs! He was very responsive, priced the job fair, and finished it with great work!
He replaced a light fixture, tightened door knobs, rehung a rack, and replaced the element in my dryer.

Chance was great! He responded within minutes of me posting the job on Thumbtack and agreed to come out the next day! He kept in constant contact with me and told me when he would arrive. He installed our screen and did a great job! He cleaned up after the work was done and made sure we were satisfied. Very happy with the service we received!
