Had recently moved into a new property and the air con was dripping from the roof ( a bad sign). Had been recommended Kool Katz from someone on the Nextdoor app. Called them up and explained the situation. They were able to fit me in that afternoon. I had Mike check out the issue and explain what was going on. I had a blocked drain. He cured the issue and gave both the heat and cooling system a health check. Issue was fixed fast and i felt reassured that my system is fine. Mike is an excellent HVAC technician. Was clear no nonsense did not try to upsell or tell me i needed anything unnecessary. Prices are very reasonable. Will not hesitate to use again.
