Working with Michael was so easy and painless. He has excellent communication. We did almost all of our correspondence via email and he was very responsive. Once I inquired on Thumbtack he responded right away and it was within an hour that we had a quick phone chat and went over what we were needing. He’s so personable and I knew as soon as we started chatting, he was the one for us. AND...it doesn’t matter where you’re at I’m the U.S. I don’t even live remotely close! He is knowledgeable and asked questions when needed to maximize our return. He’s trustworthy, thorough. He had them prepared and ready for review, very quickly! Once he e-filed them, he was quick to let us know once federal had accepted and then once state had accepted. While I know everyone’s situation is different, I checked my refund status tonight online and it has already been approved and sent to the bank.....it had been less than a week since filing!! Michael definitely knows his “stuff”! This is the first year I haven’t just went online and filed myself, and I won’t do it myself again. Michael most definitely has our business, we’ll be having him prepare ours going forward.
