- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are below the National Average which is fair for everyone. When I give a customer a quote that is the final price unless the customer makes changes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk on the phone and set up a date and time to do the work. I always message the customer when I am on my way to their location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified locksmith since 1996 and completed my advanced locksmithing in 1997.
