John responded to my inquiry in less than 2 hours. He arrived on time to the appointment. He was really nice and professional and all questions were answered that I had in regards to inspection. He was very knowledgeable. My inspection report was sent to me the same day. The report explained everything and it was really easy to read. Due to this inspection, I was able to clearly make a sound decision about this home purchase. Let’s just say, I will be calling Mindful Inspections again pretty soon for my next home inspection. 10/10 will recommend to everyone I come across!! We had a fantastic experience with mindful home inspections!! They were incredibly thorough, catching things we would have missed, and provided a detailed report with clear pictures. John was very professional and took the time to explain everything in simple terms. We received the report within 24 hours, which was impressive and easy to navigate.
