10/10 will recommend to everyone I come across!! We had a fantastic experience with mindful home inspections!! They were incredibly thorough, catching things we would have missed, and provided a detailed report with clear pictures. John was very professional and took the time to explain everything in simple terms. We received the report within 24 hours, which was impressive and easy to navigate. John was excellent to work with. He was quick to complete our home inspection. It was the most thorough report that I have ever received. The report helped us to receive a credit due to issues that we would never have caught. We live in a different state and were buying the home unseen. John was eyes and ensured that everything that was in disrepair was caught. I highly recommend working with him for your home inspection needs.
