John responded to my inquiry in less than 2 hours. He arrived on time to the appointment. He was really nice and professional and all questions were answered that I had in regards to inspection. He was very knowledgeable. My inspection report was sent to me the same day. The report explained everything and it was really easy to read. Due to this inspection, I was able to clearly make a sound decision about this home purchase. Let’s just say, I will be calling Mindful Inspections again pretty soon for my next home inspection.
