Concrete Craft of Columbia is an exceptional company to work with! When we opened our antique store in January 2022, we had the floors refinished in two of our suites. The results were stunning, and we received so many compliments from customers and visitors. Even now, 3 years later, the floors look just as beautiful as the day they were done.Recently, we expanded and opened another suite, and of course, we called David from Concrete Craft of Columbia to refinish the floors again. Once again, they delivered outstanding work!If you have any concrete projects, large or small, they are the company to trust. Great service. David and his crew replaced and resurfaced concrete around our pool. Very professional and responsive. They take pride in their work and it shows. Very reasonably priced as well as his quote was almost half of that of a competitor. Final payment was for the price quoted. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very different from one job to the next. We offer repeat customer discounts as well as $200 off for veterans!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple. We schedule an on site consultation to see your project and provide you an estimate. During the consultation we explain our installation process and all the moving parts involved in transforming your concrete. Most projects take 2-3 days to complete. Once our work is complete, we clean up and have a walkthrough with the customer to answer any final questions. We review the care and maintenance process and then the project is complete!
