Perry did an excellent job in repairing a rental home for me. He repaired and replaced/installed flooring, installed underpinning, installed/repaired GFI unit, corrected the dryer vent so the air wouldn’t go back into the home, replaced window screen, and fixed the back steps of the home. He also disassembled a falling storage shed and hauled it way. Perry was like a one stop shop and was able to complete all the projects efficiently and neatly. His workmanship and reliability are definitely top notch.

My daughter uses Thumbtack and shared with me two repairman that could take care of a leak under our home in the crawlspace. Pioneer Price was the first I called. He responded quickly. Very satisfied with his work. He used the hardware store nearby for whatever was needed, and my husband was happy he didn’t have to repair this himself. We have a well. Looking at the amount of water and our electric bill, this might’ve been leaking 3 to 4 weeks. Pioneer Price effortlessly took care of our emergency plumbing problem.
